Mugwump Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 Hi. I updated the game today to play around with the Me262. I loaded up the Kuban summer map and noticed that many of the darkest forest covering patches dotting the hillsides were shimmering. When I got close enough, I could see the 3D wire mesh terrain maps showing through in these patches. I'm using an AMD Radeon RX 570 graphics card with 19.4.1 drivers.
Mugwump Posted June 13, 2019 Author Posted June 13, 2019 I updated to the latest stable Radeon drivers (19.5.2) and tried again. I'm still seeing the mesh underlay. I tried fiddling with landscape filters but the wire polygons show through regardless of setting. Any tips of how to resolve this? Thanks.
SirFlappy Posted July 7, 2019 Posted July 7, 2019 Hi I recently got the Kuban map (July 2019) , I have a AMD RX480 (latest drivers) and I also get the same thing. Fiddled with all the settings I could think of but still get the wire frame issue on mountains. Pity nobody has a solution, I was searching for an answer in these forums when I came upon your post......maybe its just an AMD issue?
SirFlappy Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 (edited) I wonder if this is solely a AMD issue?........funny how little else I see on this problem though. Many people have AMD cards who own this sim ,so you would think there would be loads of posts about this rather obvious glitch. Would be nice to eliminate the mesh as otherwise its a great map. This is what I see..same as Mugwump but nevermind! Edited July 8, 2019 by SirFlappy
