MC.202 Sight usage

Hello everyone!

 

I have been scurrying the internet trying to find some manuals on the MC.202 that don't delve only on the operational details, but specifically in how to use it's rather particular sight, with no luck.

 

I haven't been able to even find the name of the sight, unlike the Luftwaffe's Revi sight and the Russian VBS sight.

 

I even delved into maintenance manuals of the plane in Italian (I speak Spanish so I understand some of it), and still have no idea how to read it and use it correctly, if anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
