How do you get the throttles to work on the A-20B.  Throttle works ok on all aircraft bombers and fighter but will not function on A-20b INSTEAD THE 2 WHITE DECREASE LEVERS WORK???

They work like on any other twin-engine plane. There's nothing really else to tell you.

The problem I am encountering is the throttle control only moves the 2 white  levers marked with a P  .. Actual throttle does not move unless I place it in the auto mode. Then I cant throttle back.

If your flying manual engine control you  got your mappings wrong then. From what I’m hearing your moving your prop levers on your input,  not your throttles (on the A-20 their black). Most a/c from left to right go throttle, mixture then props. On the A-20 if I recall it’s mixture, throttle then props. 

 

I use the CH Throttle Quadrant and love it, especially for the twins.
