Are there mods to make the instrument panel display in English?

Hey guys, just curious if anyone knows of a way to make the instruments and such show up in English. I'm playing in VR and I'm loving it, but I just can't for the life of me read the instrument panel in Russian (crazy, right?) and I'd love to mods them to be in English to really get 110% immersion. I couldn't find anything but I'm new to the scene so I may just be missing what's right in front of me. Thanks, and happy flying!

I can recommend 3dmigoto mod, the kneepad in that mod have pictures explaining every instrument for every plane, also you can just study those pictures out of game. Also you can learn all the instruments on a Spitfire. If you learn these you are far on your way to learn the other planes.
