Blitzen Posted May 24, 2019 Posted May 24, 2019 I really do like the “S” but have just noticed an overall 50% loss .I didn’t change anything from my previous Rift install.I tried opening the game through Steam and then using OTT with no effect.I am using the “copy & paste settings “ posted here for “startup.cfg “ that worked well with original Rift.Should I try “Default”? Any ideas to get out of 27fps stutters...???
3uster3oo Posted May 24, 2019 Posted May 24, 2019 Not having any problems myself. but did do a clean install of both Oculus and IL2.
dburne Posted May 24, 2019 Posted May 24, 2019 Yeah something sounds amiss, my performance stayed about the same. I just use in game settings and OTT settings.

What are your settings and what's your hardware? I recommend you move everything down to the lowest levels and then inch your way up from their. Use the quick missions to run quick tests. I have a 2080ti but my i7 6700K. I can't reach 80 fps because of my cpu. So, I've maxed almost everything out and I'm holding a stable 40 fps with ASW 2.0. Edited May 24, 2019 by BlackMambaMowTin
