Multipul errors on mission

[AKA_Jericho]

 

To night had good mission for a change , I was setting up on landing approach when I got a bunch of errors that kept repeating when I tried to delete them, it also locked me out of the plane but kicked me out before….the plane crashed. shows the mission with no GK or AK when in fact I had 22 GK and 1 AK and the log supports the kills ….anyone had this error and if so how do I fix it from happening again.
