Using Occulus Rift S and my head is sticking up through the top of the canopy

Yep, Just got a new Rift. First time I logged in and used it I was in the right place and it flew amazing. Next time I started the game I found my avatar's head was floating out through the top of the canopy. If I bend down or snap my head the perspective will shift down to the proper spot and then slowly float back up. Its killing me. I managed to fly one mission and now I cant fly. I have tried setting up the Steam VR and the Oculus as well but I cant get it right. Is there any way in the game to change the position? Any help would be appreciated. I am also having problems when I try to link my Steam account to IL2. I get wrong email or password message but password and email works fine when I log in manually. I know linking is optional but I would like to buy my games directly from IL2 even if I need to use Steam do to the VR. Thanks in advance for any help. Regards.

You have to bind a button to reset your VR camera view. It's a control option.
