Panthera_Tigris Posted May 22, 2019 Posted May 22, 2019 With aim assist on, I used to have a red circle which told me where the enemy plane would be and a red cross which told me where my bullets would land. Line them up and shoot. Simple. Now for some reason I only have the circle and the aim assist cross-hair is gone! I have tried all settings but cant get it back. Please help, I am a noob with less than 15 hours and need the practice with aim assist.
Velxra Posted May 22, 2019 Posted May 22, 2019 Seems to still have both the crosshair and circle if I turn it on. You should be thankful the crosshair is missing. Now you can aim with the center of the reticle to the red circle without the crosshair getting in the way. 1
Panthera_Tigris Posted May 22, 2019 Author Posted May 22, 2019 Doesn't the red cross hair provide the actual spot where the bullets will land after accounting for gravity or relative velocity vectors? The normal reticle obviously doesn't do that.
Eisenfaustus Posted May 22, 2019 Posted May 22, 2019 The crosshairs take yaw and wind into account - the reflector sight doesn't. If you close to 200m or less you should score hits by lining up sight and aiming help es well. If you use your rudder during the shooting, your bullets will farther into direction of your yaw movement so you'll have to compensate for that.
