problems with both my Saitek X65F and TM A-10 Warthog

I`m having a problem with both my Saitek X65F and TM A-10 Warthog, the sim won`t  accept or respond to my key assignments.

 

Can anyone out there be more specific as to the following solution sent to me by the creators of IL Sturmovik BOS?

 

-reset the settings in the game  ( which settings?)

-Re-install the joystick software  ( when should this be done, before or after assigning the keys? )

-reconfigure the control of the game ( is this the same as " reset the settings in the game?" )

 

My  Saitek X65F worked just fine with the first game launcher now after the new update launcher it won`t.

Hi Harbinger, I use the X65F and have to say I've had no problems with the sim.

 

That said, reset your in game settings by going into the control settings in game and select default to reset them.

 

You can re-install the joystick software but does it work with another sim? If it does work with another sim then i wouldn't reinstall until I had tried all avenues. Either way back up your old profiles before hand.

 

As to reconfiguring the game, not exactly sure what they are asking here. Have you got the latest version loaded?

 

Don't forget the sim is only available at the weekends at present so you can't do anything until Friday 2000 GMT.
