I would need help with what is written, if possible to paste the phrase in Russian as well

 

The unit is 91st IAP and I suppose it was flown by Marina Raskova herself.

It says something like "Behalf of Marina Raskova from women of Moldavia".

 

"Имени Марины Расковой от Женщин Молдавии"
