All right, gentlemen !!

 

After a small delay here is my first mission track ever edited using the old and unreliable windows movie maker   The result was pretty decent on my opinion. Lots of action !!!

 

I would like to say that was very cool having lot of time to get acquainted with 109 before taking off on my first mission. It looks like being on flight school again. Very immersive. 

 

You can see two bugs on this movie. First one, the classic delayed skin problem. The second one I just realized after some editing. When a plane goes down smoking, the long column of smoke just disappears when plane explodes. Looks awful and need to be corrected.

 

I hope my computer can handle multiplayer. So exciting !!

I suspect the smoke/impact issue will be resolved. It has been mentioned by testers a couple of times.

Well done, my first 7 take-offs turned my plane into a burning snow-plough.  

Only just managed to get joystick stable flight and a couple of air kills after a week.  No luck on the ground attack yet however deadly AAA (probably too deadly)

Still it's looking good (although my PC is about on the limit spec wise)

 Also tested one of the missions, I think it was the IL-2 intercept with Bf109F-4. Shot down all but one IL-2 and LagG-3, rest was taken by AI. Use the Bf109F speed and climb advantage, shoot from below on the IL-2's and you are good to go

The ricochet on that last LaGG was pretty cool.

Yeah!! Sometimes the fight is too fast and brutal to see the small details, but they are there. This game and the camera modes is great for video making.
