Do all the maps/missions have clouds?

I've only flown the Ju87 scenario on the Lapino map, haven't had time to test the others yet, but clouds are strangely absent.

Are they only on certain maps/missions? or did I break my install somehow?

If so, which ones? I'd like to take a look when I get home.
