You can play any map in multiplayer if a server is hosting it.  To access the map in single player, you need to buy the part of the game that has the map.  I say that I case you are wondering about being on a server and being able to fly on the Prokhorovka map.

I bought TC on whim - I do not really have time for the tanks - but the map is lovely and flying over the railway line to Prokhorovka gives a feeling and sense of forgotten history.

I use this map only for free flight with the po2.
