Excellent update!  The  PzIII-m version is a real slug fest.  I could not win as I entered town with only 7 AP rounds in my possession and my extra armor shot away.  The T-70 I encountered just short of the finish line did me in big time.  I need to rethink my strategy as a lack of ammo will get one nowhere.

It took more than one try, but I did win a mission.  My PzIIIm suffered significant battle damage during the course of the battle.  I also obtained a win with the Tiger.  The Tiger is quite a ride - its gun enables it to reach further than its opponents and when it suffers a hit the effect is minimal.

Love the details in Zarubovka - the Neo Classical building, the domed church, the tower and whatever that statue thing is . . . what the Hell are those kids dancing around anyway?

Glad to see the church by the way. Not that many in BoX. Razed by the communists before the war?

The statue looks like Barmaley Fountain to me.  The fountain has been featured in a few movies and historical documentaries that I am aware of.  It stood in the center of Stalingrad beginning in the 1930s.

If not... delete the missions msnbin file... then load the mission in the editor.... save it, and you should be good to go.

What firing range missions? Where are all these missions shared?

I just played Tiger at the gate for the first time. We won ?

Very nice mission, next time I will play it without markers.

There was one small problem, or better, 4 problems. On the bridge were 4 PZ III parked, how can I tell them to move on ?

Now I solved it by pushing them forward and sidewards until I could pass. Took me something like 5 minutes and  overheated my engine but it kept running and it was in a way nice because if one was shot on a bridge in the real world he would also block the passage (here they were not dead but maybe only the driver was dead.  And it is strange enough not possible to switch positions in TC. My commander died right at the start but that is not a problem. As long as I can drive and shoot all is fine.

Because of the huge amount of changes in the last game update, the track and mission format was changed. If you're an author of a custom mission or campaign, you need to resave your creation (it can be done quickly using 'Convert missions to binary in folder' in the Mission editor).

 

I haven't adjusted any of my missions since the latest patch. I just ran through Tigers At The Gate and although I didn't observer exactly what you related... there was a problem at the bridge with tanks stopping. I really don't know why. That and two tanks driving on top of the river to get across. Crazy AI. 

 

I will try the 'Convert missions to binary in folder' idea and play through it again. With such substantial changes made in the last patch and no detailed reference data it may prove difficult to fix things if the conversion mentioned above doesn't correct things.  

 

Follow up. I ran through the mission a second time. It seems the first two panzers across the bridge are stopping once they get to the other side. (that's not supposed to happen). That, and one platoons is not getting onto the road as it should to be able to cross. It's like herding cats. 

 

I will have to take a look at it in the editor to hopefully see what the problem is. ?
