CH Throttle won't go less than 13%

Hi tech heads ?

 

My CH Throttle' throttle will go up to 100% but only down to 13%. I've tried recalibrating it via CH Control Panel but no change. Any thoughts?  This isn't a recent change - I've been putting up with it for...too long.

Re-calibrate it, but don't move the throttle all the way to its physical limits while doing so. That should fix it.

I used to have that throttle for many, many years, so I learned a few things about it along the way.  Glad it worked for you!
