Language choice, English doesn't work.

 I've chosen English in the set up as my preferred language but I get either German voices or Russian voices (depending on the side I fly). Have I missed some other setting somewhere? I remember in the old IL 2 you could copy and paste one language or another into all the language files, is it the same situation in this game?

The language choice applies to the in-game text (GUI etc) rather than the radio.
