Not proficient in Russian but do I guess right that on page 105 upper table shows some performance data for German planes and that line 19 shows turning time? If so interesting to note that the 190 turned slower at 1000m but not so much (unlike old Il2) ...

 

while that of the La5 is about 25s (table 102)

 

However, I think the number of 26-29s for turning time of 109E4 is completely off the mark.
