Gunsight mils are correct?

I would like if somebody can tell me if in game the gunsight circle diameter is for a 1000 mils.

I set the convergence on 200 meters on the P40 if the circle in the gunsight has a reference for a 1000 mils one BF(wing spawn 9.1m) at 200 meters in front of me both wings almost touch the circle but that is not real. 

For that I like to know if this measure of the gunsight are take in care.

Diameter for the N3 gunsight is 70 mils.
