Track IR control external views, all views, hanger walkaround, custom music folder or not.

It would leverage this bit of often used gear if Track IR could controled external views, really all views when not paused.  Whether your standing in the Pe gunner position or in an external view or standing in the hanger.  Nice to have a simple hanger to kick around in, later maybe, it's a nice to have immersive features with associated MicRo TranSactions to keep development going.  Resides on the user computer, doesn't really need much bandwidth, posters with leaderboard info, nemisis, mission maps, weapon stats, upcoming and recent mods, stuff, or Not.
