I think you mean "за ВКП(б)!" which afaik translates into "for the Communist Party of the Soviet Union!" (All-Russian Communist Party of the Bolsheviks). Are you painting Ivan Lakeev's I-16 ?

Tom , you should check  these skins as there is a fault.  I did try these skins (clean version) in VR, both have this fault.

Tom the panels do have different colours when shinning, is this because of different materials used in that plane?
