P 47 control setting?

According to the Air Combat tutorial library you are suppose to be able to link the throttle with two other controls, 1 being the turbosupercharger and the other being...I forget at the moment if it's the prop pitch or the mixture, the default keys being Shift + I and Alt+ I. It is shown on the video beginning @ 2:04. I can't seem to get this feature to work nor can I find (or translate) which key binding command it is in set up.

go in your controls then in plane engine controls and scroll all the way down and last 2 are for linking trottle to pitch and trottle to turbo.

 

pressing key you should see message in tech chat, but they get realy linked only when you move them up down and they get to same value, after that they move same like they should when linked
