Very interesting indeed - and in many ways it could still be used today. Ground warfare hasn't changed as much as airial or naval warfare have...

The Wehrmacht training films were quite well done. Many more can be found when you search for "Wehrmacht" and "Lehrfilm" at Youtube.

I used to upload some stuff like this. But YouTube shut me down and I deleted the channel. 

 

It's always a good bet to search archive dot org for this sort of material.

Happens on Facebook as well. It was non political and was shut down for a couple of weeks as a warning. Came back for a short time and got the big boot. It had photos and paintings of Luftwaffe a/c, sometimes with descriptions.

Yep actually once upon a time I had a ww2 FB page where I posted images (avoided the well-known ones). I had well over 100,000 followers. Someone reported a photo of a portrait of german soldier. It got the axe.

 

Then again I haven't been on FB in like 2 years. I'm over it.
