Any way to take a normal screenshot while in VR?

Pretty much that. All my screenshots are in split-screen. Also, how do you record your exploits? It's always split-screen.

Use OBS with the OpenVR input Plugin. You can record one of the eyes from there. You should supersample a bit if you want 1080p though. You can screenshot your recordings in post, or even use a gif/mp4 app such as Gyazo to record cool little snippets for sharing!
