How do I take interior shots of tanks while reviewing videos taken in game?

Recently I took a 5 minute vid of a Pz III on the new map while using VR.Playback was fine but I couldn’t seem to change positions around /in the tank, from driver to loader or commander.I could get the position I had while taking the video, exterior view & chase view.Have I missed some setting that would make this possible. If it is possible can I use the mouse to”look around” these positions??

In planes cockpit, you can press LftAlt F1 to go to inside "free look" with mouse. But I think you can not change position, to have the View of diferent crew members.
