Fix for extreme stuttering in VR

I was experiencing extreme stuttering in IL-2 after having played many months without issue. In case someone else experiences this annoying problem, I'll share what worked for me.

 

Start IL-2 in VR, then alt-tab out and go to Task Manager. Go to the details tab and sort by CPU usage. 

 

For me IL-2.exe, Steam.exe and OVRServer_x64.exe were all using the same cpu core. I have 4 cores but 8 logical cores. I set Steam.exe and OVRServer_x64.exe to use the last 4 logical cores and I set IL-2.exe to use the first 4 cores. Just right click on each process and select "set affinity." 

 

I'm not sure why I have to do this. Maybe someone has an idea but it seems to work for me.
