Cant play my new plane after buying Battle of Bodenplatte

I have BOS on steam and I just bought BOBP on official website.
On the official website, it shown key activated but when I launched the game, only 190 D9 is available.
When I try to pick planes like P-47 and 109K4 on multiplayer server, It say unavailable for this account.
Whats wrong? Why I cant play those plane?

I did and I said I can play the dora.
 the issue is I cant play other BOBP plane like K4 and P47

Something is definitely not right there... and that's a weird one that I've never seen before. It looks like you got the D-9 (it's a Collector Plane in the Premium pack for Bodenplatte) and none of the standard Bodenplatte aircraft.

 

As the others have said, contact support, I think they will be able to fix this.

Support is just one or two guys - sometimes they are quick and sometimes less so. Have some patience for your own sanity if they lag a bit.

Nobody can help you at this forum, you can solve it only with our support.

Try using standalone installer. Don't use BoX through steam.

I have it through steam and I only had this problem maybe a year ago after an update. 
Hope it will be fixed for him.

I love it when someone has a problem, comes on here, gets some advice, takes that advice, gets the problem fixed.....and then comes back and lets us know the problem was fixed!
