Is your 4K Textures enabled? Go to Settings > Graphics > Use 4K Textures

I enabled 4k textures and now the problem is solved ? thanks

 

My pc have the i5 4670k procesor and gtx 650 ti graphic card, 4k Textures is not heavy for my graphic card?

You're welcome. I'm not too sure about its impact on the system. I couldn't detect if there's any on mine. Check your FPS with 4K on and off. The game has a built in FPS counter. Hit the Back Space key on your keyboard.

With this blurry problem i'm forced to enable 4k textures, i still don't understand why this textures are blurry without 4k enabled.
