how to adjust height off objects ?

how do you do that ? we cannot access the height in properties as with old IL2  .

i have replied in link but i cannot find the thread ,so here goes again :

I have set place object on ground but it still hangs in the air . I am trying to place objects on the river bed below Stalingrad city or on the embankment . i tried at higher levels but they still stick in the air .
