TEShaw Posted March 16, 2019 Posted March 16, 2019 What if the VR headset broke down after BoX was last closed with vr enabled? How do you get back to the graphics settings to dis-enable? Thank you. Regards, T. E. Shaw
lightbulbjim Posted March 16, 2019 Posted March 16, 2019 You can sort of view the GUI on the monitor, sometimes. Otherwise the setting will be living in a config file somewhere.
Dutch2 Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 (edited) Doing this on your monitor: Disable your VR set Start the Il2 Launcher.exe (not the Il-2.exe) set monitor resolution the same as your game resolution, only if running a very low resolution. Go to the GUI and uncheck VR in the graphic settings. Restart the game and you can now play in the flat world. Edited March 17, 2019 by Dutch2
=WoVi=cercataa Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 In the Steam version you have the choice to launch it flat, or VR, so in the standalone version you must have a command line parameter to do so, I guess

Shaw In the startup.cfg file (.......\IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles\data\startup.cfg) you can change this value to 0. or_enable = 1
