SCG_motoadve Posted March 16, 2019 Posted March 16, 2019 Its a good effect, to see your enemy loose flaps , ailerons. But is way overdone, happens way too often, too repetitive and that ruins immersion. Quick combat against some P47s , all of them lost their flaps and or ailerons , at the beginning was great , but so often not so great. Then my 109, loses flaps in combat too easily and too often. If this effect was just now and then , would be great, hope it can be reduced some. 1

I think large caliber 30mm/37mm should definitely be able to eviscerate control surfaces without problem.

SCG_motoadve Posted March 18, 2019 Author Posted March 18, 2019 I agree it can happen absolutely, but this damage effect its a bit too repetitive, you dont see this happening all the time in gun cam footage, it happened but was more rare. In game happens maybe 50% of the time.
D3adCZE Posted March 19, 2019 Posted March 19, 2019 Because we are Hartmanns with thousands of hours in cockpit and thousands of kills on our account. For example I am regurarly able to snipe enemy pilots with mk108. Not many pilots were able to do so. We have much better training and morale. We are refreshed as well. If we are tired, we can log off and rest. Pilots were sent back up no questions asked. That will show on accuracy as well.
