I do not have Flying Circus, as of yet. Thinking about it, though. Once it comes out, will we be able to use our Bodenplatte planeset with it?

I'm pretty certain that you'll be able to select any map/aircraft you own say in the QMB.

From a mission building standpoint, we'll be able to build a mission utilizing any map/aircraft combination and fly any mission created so long as the aircraft and map in question have been purchased.
