Sights of Kuban?

Finally got a copy of Battle of Kuban, and was just thinking, if one were to make a sightseeing track, just going from one end of the Kuban map to the other, which sights would people recommend?

 

I've got a Jug with 2.4h of endurance at economy cruise. I'm thinking, let's put that to some use, no?

Best looking map in game, south part with mountains is nice for flying. I was few times in Tuapse few years ago and was suprised how nice it looks in game.

This game realy has best looking maps out of other flying games, hope they do Italy at one point.

I would say that you have to include some scenery from down in the South-East part of the map where it is all mountains and jungle.     It would make a perfect stand in for a New Guinea scenario.

The port of Novorossisk is nice and Anapa with its barrage balloons.

Use the spring version of the map.  Take off from Sochi and fly north east into the snow capped mountains.  Follow the spine of the mountain range all the way to the Kerch Strait.

Flying at tree top level in Kuban is really a pleasant experience. But I prefer a Rata, it feels more... authentic

The whole map is amazing. Even the crops with the eventual (historically accurate!) planned city is beautiful to see.

Sorry.  Maybe they are only in the online servers.  There are definitely barrage balloons there in Knights Of The Air and I thought I remembered seeing them in other servers,

Perhaps we need an annual Trans-Kuban Race?

Better make it 2 years for the U2...if you don't check in at Maikop in a year your disqualified.

It was a joke of course, but the more I think about it, the more I think it would be a lot of fun.

 

You have to touch and go at Maikop.

Succesfuly land and stop at Adler.

 

I’m also thinking about a mountain course with pylons - several laps.
