IRRE_Axurit Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 Hello everyone I would like to know if it is possible to have a joystic ffb like swffb2 which receives the information of the game, and to use other axes like those of the warthog. In fact I would like to build a joy ffb with a warthog as a base, and use the electronics swffb2 to use actuators that I develop. Maybe there is something to look for gremlin and Vjoy? And another question for the rudder, the game takes it the function ffb on? Merci ? 1
Sokol1 Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 Seems that Windows support for ForceFeedback is just for one controller with two axes. This topic condensate much "theories" about DIY ForceFeedback - without show a practical result in several years. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=172964&highlight=open+source+force+feedback 1
IRRE_Axurit Posted March 15, 2019 Author Posted March 15, 2019 On IL2 46 and COD, I had a cheap steering wheel on the desk, and I used the pedals as a rudder, and the steering wheel began to vibrate and hardened according to what was going on in game. But not for BOS, after tests, It seems that the Z axis is not taken into account by the FFB. It's sad, I had FFB projects for this game.
