Latest nVidia Control Panel Settings and VR

Out of curiosity, I checked some of this out but the posts are older and with the new software developments from 1CGS I was wondering...hmmm...

What settings within nVidia’s Control Panel is has everyone found optimal for IL-2 in VR as of date? I’m questioning some of the settings here such as Antialiasing - Mode, the Texture Filtering selections, etc. I’m also wondering is some stuff redundant with the graphic settings within IL-2 and if conflicts could cause slower frame rates, if they are needed even at all? I’m almost thinking of slapping everything to “Application Controlled”  where I can, unless nVidia Settings can do a better job.

I’m running the GeForce 1080ti. Usually when I start messing with stuff like this I make it worse, like most everything in my life.

About the only setting in Nvidia Control Panel that is going to have any effect is " Prefer Maximum Performance" under power management.

Yeah, thanks again dburne! Yup, I have the same thing configured within the Control Panel too set to Maximum Performance also.

I don’t know if any of the other settings could lead to any sort of issues or FPS gains within IL-2.

If you use AntiAliasing in VR, then Application Enhanced AA in Nvidia Control Panel might help.  Power thingy at Max seems the most important though.
