Dear pilots,   After 3.011 release we have decided to publish a quick patch containing the following important fixes:   1. Guns convergence fixed; 2. P-47 turbosupercharger won't erroneously overspeed; 3. An erroneous drag caused by the retracted P-47 landing gear has been fixed, so its speeds are now back to the reference values; 4. Default P-47 turbosupercharger keys remapped to LShift+Equals / LShift+Minus; 5. Excessive dispersion of Lewis MGs corrected; 6. Ju-87

3.011b hotfix ready!

They are 5th and 6th aircraft released for it, so along with the map of Arras being actively developed, we can say that Flying Circus project is progressing nicely and more than half of it is already completed. 

Second, our Tank Crew project finally includes visible crew for two already released tanks. Since we'll be releasing four new tanks and Prokhorovka map really soon, this project is also maturing at a good pace.

Wonderful! I can't wait to test it. I will fly out the two darlings immediately.

But I'm a bit sad that the Pz III and the Sherman didn't make it. But it sounds like they will come out as 4 packs.

The Franks book on Snipe / Dolphin aces has plenty of pics of the Dolphin in swuadron service with sight below bar. The rebuilt one at Cosford also has this set-up.

 

 

 

 

We cannot move it below. It's a technology limitation. When we stick it through the windshield the Aldis continues to display the windscreen and there is an additional artifact that bugs the picture. Remember, we're not working with actual glass and tubes. To have a properly functioning Aldis we need to put it above. Sorry, cannot change it.

This was mentioned on the test server several times. It is a game limitation.

The devs are unable to put it below the bar - so take it or leave it.

Finding someone to work with AI is not easy. You don't know what we're doing behind the scenes.

Can we expect to see the bombers in FC Vol2? Or even better the Felixstowe and W12 at some point?

Love the Dolphin. All that brass and wood and great visibility.

 

But how, if I may ask, do you fire the overhead Lewis guns if you have the wing-mounted Lewis guns as well. My second trigger only fires the wing mounted.

Hi! Update looks good. But me, as well as my friend have had many problems after it. Mainly we were loosing conection with the server constantly when trying to join multiplayer games. I dont think we are the only ones having this issue beacause servers were especially empty today...

 Also I tried flying offline and I realized gun convergence is not working, seems too be aiming way too far and this doesnt change when I change the convergence distance, even to minimums. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Very nice, just popped into the tanks and the crew looks fantastic!

 

Always glad to see additional improvements in AI and performance optimization. Now time to test the new FC planes.
