Team Chat does not work

Simple my team chat does not work my enter key and both my Control keys work I have no clue why it is not working and yes i hold down right control before pressing enter.

More details?  As you talk about both your Enter & Ctl keys I am not sure which part is going wrong.  If pressing 'Return' does nothing then the fact that Ctl works is irrelevant.  If Pressing 'Return' does work then you would still be able to send messages even if Ctl was broken.     Which part fails?

 

Do you get the chat buffer up when you press the 'Return' key (not Keypad Enter)?

Does it let you type in your message?

When you have typed the message does 'Return'  send the message?

When you have typed the message does 'Return'  send the message but Ctl-Return not send the message?  

When you have typed the message does clicking the buttons with your mouse to send to 'Friendly' or 'All' work?

To go into a little bit more detail as to what is happening if i want to chat to my team i hold down right control and press enter like the game tells me to but when i send the message the message gets sent to everyone not just my team sorry for not making this clear.

Press enter, type your message, press ctrl+enter to msg only your team.

what was your fix?  I just came here with the same issue.  I think opentrack caused it but don't know where to look.
