Can you still lower the flaps at any speed?

Thinking of giving Blitz a try. However there are some harrowing bugs and inaccuracies in clod that put me off. 

 

I'd like to know if you can deploy flaps at any speed and if the engines still do that weird shaking thing on startup?

At the moment flaps can be deployed at any speed... this will be fixed for TF 5.0.

 

Undercarriage will lock up if you exceed a certain speed.
