A raid I led on the TAW multiplayer server with StG77 flying the Bf-110. I'm using VR now (Rift) and still trying to optimise the graphics settings - I'm sorry for some slight flickering in the footage. Always great fun flying with these guys! Enjoy.

Nice formation, good attack, a little bit late to go to attack the attacker while defending Dyatlovo, but it was a nice team killing!

Keep videos up!

PS: VR is f****** amazing!

Thanks man, we were in the process of landing at Dyatlovo when the Pe-2 showed up unexpectedly. The poor bastard didn't have enough speed in his dive to avoid the flak and us.

VR is AMAZING, but it has presented me with lots of new problems for making videos... I'll keep trying to improve.

Oh man...Fangs out Hair on fire...solid display of getting tunnel vision at 4:25 where you shoot at the Pe-2 and basically strafe your own airfield defenders. As we used to say, "your SA was in the map case." ;)

Unless readers think I'm being overly critical...nah...I am a frequent role model for "gross buffoonery." It's all good. Thanks for sharing.:good:

Ahh well it was frequently heard during debriefs for egregious switchology errors or terrible bomb scores. During F-16 RTU (OCU to you)  had a case where all the "green stuff" (HUD symbology) failed while low level enroute to Avon Park bombing range where our first delivery would be a simulated nuclear loft (bomb released with your nose above the horizon). My instructor had briefed a backup plan using the "red reticle" and manual timing using the aircraft clock and pulling 4 Gs into a 45 degree nose high climb then pickling. Hey it's simulating a nuke...it will detonate and things will melt. So went charging in, hacked the clock passing the IP pulled at the appropriate time and pickled passing through the appropriate release altitude. The little blue bomb came off and flew about 6 miles as physics says it should.  Our bomb scores did not count against us (prevent us from qualifying) when we dropped "manually" as in this delivery.

Bomb scores are given over the radio as meters from the bullseye and a clock position. Typically we could get a loft score within 100 meters. My scores for both manual lofts were ( now imagine the TV character Maxwell Smart voice and inflection) called "unbelievable at 12." Meaning the Ranger saw a little puff of smoke from my BDU-33 waaaaaay beyond the target out of the cameras' FOV. The F-16 was so reliable that we didn't practice manual deliveries. But it was funny listening to the playback of my HUD tape in the debrief. I was initially accused of gross buffoonery, but the HUD tape exonerated me.
