FW-190 A3 guns firing sounds, guncounters but not actually firing

Devs, 

Pls make the multiplayer work so far that we can shoot each other and have fun, Its been plagued for too long.

WoL may be the best testers for IL-2 as their server is well populated aswell as they manage to trigger those features more often than other servers
