mod dirt hit effect request

hello, is there a modder out that could possibly perhaps make a mod that lets the dirt hit effect keep going until you stop shooting your gun instead of stopping after 2 seconds of trigger depression?

I would also be interested in seeing this become a mod, water hits as well!

I don't think it's possible, and the difference is bullets travel time anyway, so...

I would instantly donate 50€ cash via PayPal to those who is able to raise the duration timers for smoke/fire effects on Cars,Trains, Ships, Tanks or anything else that can be destroyed by the player and put this into a usable mod!
