TWC_Ace Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 I noticed that I cant get a superwide head zoom position in FC as I can in ROF. I tried everything but all the cockpit frames and everything in front of me in the widest pilot head camera position) in FC planes is still still too close to my taste. I ROF i can have a wider FOV or whataver you call it, in FC I can barely see my wigs in that view if at all (camel on example). Is that how its supposed to be or Im doing something wrong? Its working with WW2 planes btw....
BMA_West Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 (edited) FC is more realistic in view-configuring taking in account the real cockpit position; looking down eg one should just overshoot the cockpit seat. Remember the default view in ROF when bying a new plane or after some updates? It was pretty much like in FC. Only you could back up your view back and save it to default. In ROF some liked to configure a realistic Trackir view restricting the view like it now is in FC. Edited February 5, 2019 by West
TWC_Ace Posted February 5, 2019 Author Posted February 5, 2019 (edited) Nah something is wrong here....I cant get "wider" (max zoom out) view as others can..... EDIT: I figured it out. In pan mode I can adjust pilot cmaera zoom in and out and then save with f10. Before ins and home buttons wasnt working. Edited February 5, 2019 by blackram
BMA_West Posted February 6, 2019 Posted February 6, 2019 That is it ))) Put Trackir at ease, adjust, save & reengage Trackir.
Zooropa_Fly Posted February 6, 2019 Posted February 6, 2019 I have 'save snap' set to different keys (cntrl space), so I don't have to disengauge tracking. I think that's what we're on about.. S!
