thrustmaster throttle Target software opinion

Hello

I just bought myself my first throttle ever  and added it to my TS16000 joystick and pedals . Was very easy to set up  . I also downloaded the target software and instruction manual but i am reluctant to add this to my basic set up so far . Is it worth it ? what are the big  improvements or enhancements it gives us while flying  ?

Hi, Target will give you the capability of adding Macro or a series of commands for 1 button press, and to assign key presses to button presses

i am assigning key to throttle buttons anyway without Target  , for example i have F1 F2 and F3  assigned  to buttons , then for  the  hat i have assigned zoom in out ,open close cockpit and 3 brakes  , i am doing that without target .  Can you give me an example of a series of commands you would use with one click please .
