Combo keys

I found that in CoD there is this thing called CONSOLE that allows you to send some commands to the game.  I have used it to turn icons on and off.  There are a couple of commands I would like to combined into one key or joy stick button.  I am told that Xpadder is keymaper for gamepad/joysticks and that might do to do the trick.  Still, it might be nice if the game itself would have that ability without having to use a third party program.
