need help with posting download links

hello

i want to know how did Jason post that green document with all the templates and download  links in the template section . What document is it ? word wont work and copying word to PS is not allowing me to have the download  links active on the PS document , so how is that done ? below is an example from Assisbiz and the white copy is my PNG with the links that are not active . , thanks in advance .
