Hello

 

I have the following pc specs: 

Radeon TM RX 480 graphics

Intel Core TM i5-6400 CPU at 2.70GHz  2.71GHz

32GB RAM 

 

Is it possible to run tank crew smoothly ? I am new to this things :)

Hello Brent and welcome to the IL2 Sturmovik forums

 

Your PC is......o.k.  The Radeon card should run tank crew without many problems.  I believe your CPU has a turbo boost capability that enables it to run at 3.3Ghz? 

You'll get noticeably better performance in Tank Crew running at 3.3Ghz.

 

Try these settings to start with

 

 

I'm assuming you have a screen res. of 1920 x 1080 and a monitor running at 60hz refresh rate?  I use a headtracking device so I have vsync and fullscreen enabled and my target fps set to match my screens refresh rate.  On my system this gives a good smooth performance for my TrackIr without any screen tearing.

 

However, you might also like to try the above general settings but also uncheck the boxes for vsync, full screen and make your target fps unlimited.

 

To help with all this,  an in-game frame rate counter is available by pressing backspace on your key board.
