Exhaust flame

Call me a petrol head  but I would like the devs to put exhaust flame from the engine coming out of the exhust tips.

 

As i work in the heavy power plant industry 220 hp all the way up to 1600 hp,,and you can bet ya bottom doller that when these babys are humming there is flame from hot gases coming out of the tip of the tail pipe, and depending on the color you can tell if you are running lean or rich , which is a good thing when flying.

S! Smiladon. It would be a fair guess you will see exhaust flames in the game. The games that both of the merged teams worked on had them. I don't see any reason other than time restraints why they wouldn't be in the game.

I agree, this was my favorite graphic effect from Cliffs of Dover. It really made the plane feel alive when flying and also on engine startup. I've been playing a lot of Warthunder lately (sim blashphemy I know! ) and when I start my engines it looks so sterile right now. No smoke, flames, screen shaking.

looking at the Alpha release at the event on you tube I see no flame.. but cross fingers its there for  when it go's public release

on videos i noticed one person asking developer showing game about exhust flames, and he is saying they need to add them and lots of other small stuff, its still alfa
