IL2 exe does not start

Recently I bought a new PC. I installed the game, but when it is executed it stops. The initial menu runs fine, however when the game starts it is minimized in the taskbar and it stops, it does not work and I have to close it from the windows task manager. The game works perfectly on my old PC which is also a Windows 10 and  Nvidia GTX 1070 graphics card.

 

I start the game from launcher.exe, this works well, a window opens with buttons to access the site, forum, Agraement,Support and settings. The update bar is 100% complete in red and says: "play". No problem so far.

 

 However, when I click on Play, the game does not run. No window opens, I do not have access to the multiplayer registration menu, only an icon appears on the taskbar and says: Does not respond

 

I have reinstalled the game, several times. The graphics card drivers are updated, Windows 10 is updated, I have changed the resolution of the desktop, but nothing I do works. Can there be an incompatibility with the video card? Other games works perfectly

Are you clicking to play On Line?

I ask this because after purchasing a collector plane I had to launch IL*2 and click On Line to connect with the server and update.

I can not click online because the game is not running, only the launcher runs.

Run the game with the IL2.exe. 

 

Sign in with you e-mail address and password.

 

Afterwards Select Enter. 

 

If your problem persists.. contact IL-2 Support.

The game does not work
If I run the IL2.exe directly, the game crashes, there is no possibility to register in my account.

 

I think it is an incompatibility with my new graphics card, I can only wait for new drivers to be launched.

For now, if I want airplanes, I will only play and buy in DCS World, which works perfectly.

Where did ou place your game? In "C/program files"? If so get it out of there to any other location on your disc.

Please check your sound source in windows. The wrong source crashed in my case il2.
