Battle of Kuban not working On steam

I use steam and I purchased BoS, BoM and BoK. I re member having to use a key for BoS and BoM but not for Kuban and it was working, I looked for a key to activate it on my Il2 account like Stalingrad and Moscow but found nothing. When I launched il2 today battle of kuban is no longer working, I have it installed and steam DLC says its there but when i launch the game I only get Stalingrad and Moscow.
