IL2 exe does not start

Recently I bought a new PC. I installed the game, but when it is executed it stops. The initial menu runs fine, however when the game starts it is minimized in the taskbar and it stops, it does not work and I have to close it from the windows task manager. The game works perfectly on my old PC which is also a Windows 10 and  Nvidia GTX 2070 graphics card.

 

I have reinstalled the game, several times. The graphics card drivers are updated, Windows 10 is updated, I have changed the resolution of the desktop, but nothing I do works. Can there be an incompatibility with the video card? Other games works perfectly

Have you tried to use the games Launcher.exe? It updates the game when needed.

 

Upon initial startup, did you enter your ID and Password to choose Multiplay?

Correction

I start the game from launcher.exe, this works well, a window opens with buttons to access the site, forum, Agraement,Support and settings. The update bar is 100% complete in red and says: "play". No problem so far.

 

 However, when I click on Play, the game does not run. No window opens, I do not have access to the multiplayer registration menu, only an icon appears on the taskbar and says: Does not respond

That sucks. I suggest you contact Support and report your problem. ?
