Alfaunostebas11 Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 When you activate a group with the Set Gruop As Working command, all the other icons are hidden. How do I link an object / MCU that is part of the group to another external, since the icon of the latter is not visible and therefore you can not click on it?I could not find this situation in the manual ...Thank you for the attention ...Stebas
LLv34_Temuri Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 Note the ID of the icon you want to link to, go inside the group from which you want to link, select the MCU from which you want to link, in the Properties window, double click on "Targets", find the ID or the target icon in the list that opens.
Alfaunostebas11 Posted January 23, 2019 Author Posted January 23, 2019 Temuri, I had also thought of doing so, but instead of clicking on the first empty line of the list as you indicate with the red arrow, I clicked on the Find Object button and I did not get any list of objects to link.I must say that it is not intuitive, because one thinks to click on the button and not on an empty line, however the important thing is to know it!Thanks Temuri!

Gambit21 Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 You guys it's much easier than this. Simply select the output MCU, hit Ctrl T or Ctrl O. Then go to the group containing the input MCU and make it your working group, then Ctrl T or Ctrl O until you're done. In fact I'm not even sure you have to hit Ctrl T/O before switching groups, it's just my habit.
Alfaunostebas11 Posted January 23, 2019 Author Posted January 23, 2019 Gambit, but we are speaking of the inverse sense: Ctrl / T / O from a MCU inside group to object / MCU outside (and hidden). Since we are here speakin of Mission Editor, without open another topic, two question probably very easy for you guys.On a mission must be there more MCUS Mission Begin or just one linked to different trigger timers ?And then, can a single trigger timer have multiple Ctrl Ts to different entities?
Gambit21 Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 Alf - what I said applies. You can link MCU from one group to another. From the group now hidden, to the newly opened group. I use many mission begin MCU’s, and you can pipe as many MCU’s into a timer as makes sense. I keep my logic very tidy, otherwise opening a mission days, week or months later and trying to work on it/figure out what you were thinking becomes difficult.
